Abs is the short form of abdominal muscles. These muscles are special visible on the side portion of the stomach. Sharp & strong abs can only be developed through exercise. Cycling is one of the good exercise to build strong Abs. Crunches are common exercise for Abs developing.
We are going to share some other exercises for building Abs.
1) Side body lift up: lie down side ways, both legs together. Try to uplift yourself first balance your body on your half hand from palm to elbow. Keep second hand in the air don’t take support of anything else. Once you able to do so next stage is to lift yourself on your palm keeping both leg joint. (See picture side body uplift)
2) Running: Running is best exercise for body but it affects majorly on legs, heart & abdominal muscles. Running in proper posture is very important. You should keep your hands near to your body moving back & forth with shoulder movement.
3) Swimming: Have you seen any swimmer body unfit. They have the strong Abs, developed by fighting water flow in all the seasons. Swim workout & strokes such as freestyle, Butterfly strokes. Are specially affect on your body abdomen mussels.
4) Body twist : Body twist is the best exercise for Abs workout. Keep your lower body stable & move your upper body in all the direction. Keep hands on the back side of head. Try to stretch am much as possible your Abs. More exercise build strong Abs with Good diet.
5) Yoga postures : There are many Yoga postures which helps in developing abdominal muscles. One oth those is UTT-Pad-Assana(See picture)
