We spent 1/3 of our life sleeping. During sleep brain and the whole body rest, repair and recovering itself. If we don’t have enough sleep, it can cause many problems. If a person has insomnia for a long period, it can be fatal, because the human body cannot function without it. But what should we do when we woke up? If you think that the first thing you have to do in the morning is to sit in a chair and ‘’rest’’ you are wrong. Morning exercise is very important for you. But you must remember, you must warm before starting to exercise. Because during sleep body temperature is lower than usual, warming is even more important.

Just a 10 minutes of exercise in the morning can speed up your metabolism for 24 hours! Burning your calories much faster and giving you more energy. It will also give you better appetite, and it will have an effect on which food you want to eat. Many people who exercise every morning noticed that their choice of food has changed when they started exercising every morning.

Several hours before waking up, your body starts producing hormones, so it can be prepared for the actions when you wake up. But, this only happens if you exercise every morning, if you don’t, then your body isn’t preparing itself for exercise. This body preparation means that you will have healthier sleep, you will be happier and these hormones are good for your heart and blood pressure. People who exercise every morning often need less sleep. The one of the best benefits is that you will feel great doing this.
