One of the most widely consumed beverage all over the globe is ‘tea’. It is one such beverage that can be enjoyed at any time of the day and during any season of the year. Many people like to start their day with a hot cup of refreshing tea. They don’t just provide good taste and flavor but they also have many health benefits.

Chamomile tea is also known as the best bedtime drink. Chamomile tea contains a compound called ‘apigenin’ that reduces anxiety and causes sedation. It has a relaxing and calming effect. 1 cup of chamomile tea before going to bed may help you fight insomnia.
The point to bear in mind while doing workouts is that it is not important to complete the workout in one go.
